School Development Plan

This year, we have lots of exciting projects to work on as a whole staff team for the children. 

We want to work together to improve many areas across the school and build upon the successes of previous years. 

Our targets for this year are:

1. To develop the curriculum particularly Reading and Maths

2. To develop and embed successful assessment processes

3. To use research to develop Teaching and Learning, especially in Maths and Reading

4. To improve the attendance of those who are persistently absent 

5. To ensure all of our SEND pupils have excellent opportunities to succeed 

The Governors agree to the School Development plans in the autumn term. Our school development plan is a working document, setting out the aims of the school. We monitor and evaluate the progress of the school development through staff meetings, leadership meetings and governor meetings.
